How Long Does Shipping Take?

I'm having issues placing an order.

I'd like to return or replace my order.


We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase! If you’d like to return or exchange an item, follow these steps:


1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within X days of delivery. Items must be in unused, unworn condition with the original packaging.


2. To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Returns & Exchanges page or contact our customer service team. Have your order number handy to speed things up.


3. If your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the process. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

I'd like to cancel my order.

We know that sometimes plans change. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we’ll gladly assist with the cancellation.

Once the order has been shipped, we're unable to cancel it, but we can help guide you through our return process if needed. Be sure to reach out within X hours of placing your order for the best chance of cancellation.
